Phil Rowe

Phil is a University of Georgia graduate who has been an insurance agent for over 30 years. For the last 15 years he has specialized in Medicare Insurance.

Lindsay Rowe Allen

Lindsay is Phil’s daughter and also a UGA grad. Lindsay joined the agency in 2021 and enjoys helping people understand their insurance coverage.

Coinsurance is a percent of the total cost you are responsible for. For example you may have to pay 20% of the cost of oxygen.
